Did you hear the cash register dings? All right folks, every house has its' "WOW" factors, a place where good money was dumped. For Hartanov House, modest budget house, this meant one WOW factor. This is where it ended up. The storefront glass slider - measuring a cool 18'6" length by 8'7" height, this is the money drop.
The slider opens up 8' wide. We have designed this particular space less for a whole crowd of BBQ-ers and more about bringing the "outside in" (eye rolling appropriate here). Patio below the house still to come, mind you...
Note how the side section is still open? We are waiting for one last panel of glass. Then the plastic comes off. Official ribbon cutting to come next week.
Gazpacho picnic in the living room. We are ready to move in. The house is not.
