You've been patient long enough. So have I. Our master bathroom has been completed. (Actually we finished it, stated it was finished, and then like some sort of slapstick comedy a piece of the light fixture fell off. Oh well.) Here it is!
So what we have here is a lovely mahogany unit featuring chunky, square sinks paired with their own mirror, offset by some circular faucets and tubular(!) light fixtures. Mmm hmm!
These cube basins get the job done! Check out that wood grain - wavy gravy everyone.
The vanity box is showcasing our favorite marine-grade mahogany plywood. Love this hardware, which has a cut out for your finger. Also, note the display cubby for towels and such.
Instead of putting up one big mirror that would have been floating on quite a large wall, we decided to anchor a small mirror to each sink. This also makes each sink station feel like a defined space. Mine & Yours.
Finally, the proof photo - this unit is FLOATING!
Okay, we're done-zo with the bathroom. Love this space. You can see my original design here, which is fun to revisit to see it all come to life. Thanks to Glanville Woodworks for making the vanity!
