First Thanksgiving

Alright ya'll. (I'm not southern, BTW). We achieved our goal and were able to host Thanksgiving at Hartanov House. The day started off like this.

We set the table, which I'm learning is apparently a big deal. To pay tribute to the state of the project, we screwed a sheet of plywood onto a utility table, and then covered it in the same brown paper that was once protecting the plywood floors. We also borrowed all the chairs from the in-laws. I know, fancy.

We cooked up a free range bird, because my mom likes to walk around too. Thanks Dad, for making the stuffing and thanks to my Mother-in-law for making just about everything else!

Okay. Enough. It was fun, but we're done hosting. Back to business. Back to the blog. Back to the house.
