All right y'all. Here's the result of 3 months of debate, which brought us up to version E. When Ty and I first met with Chris, we told him we wanted an efficient floor plan with no wasted space. We also wanted the potential to add on to the home for resale purposes in the future (see the area in dashes on the lower floor plan). We also wanted to have the garage be somewhat attached, and we wanted an open floor plan for the living/dining/kitchen. All in all, it had to be affordable to build.
As a result, this is it! Overall, we are pleased with the floor plan and are excited to walk/live in it. Some slight modifications have been made since. We decided to use the entire space UNDER the garage as an extra bedroom, mechanical space, and project room. (Ty, finally a space to build that kayak!)
