Have you ever used a pestemal?
I came across those striped Turkish bath towels that look like scarves and decided to give them a go.
Our current towels take so long to dry or sometimes just stay damp. (gross.)
The pestemals take just a few hours to dry because they're thin.
Apparently they get more absorbent with each machine wash.
So, I'm waiting for that to kick in.
Warning: you have to make an effort to dry yourself with the pestemal, you can't just throw it on your body and have it suck up all the water like terry cloth. You've been warned.
I'm adjusting.
If they prove their superiority after a few more washes, I'm making the switch.
I need more stripes in my life.
Have you tried pestemals? Would you recommend them?
