So, the last time the blog checked in on the kitchen backsplash, we were debating if we should use a scratched, leftover remnant of stainless steel from our island countertop or buy a new piece. NEWSFLASH! We put down the $40 for a fresh start in a thinner gauge. (The thinner steel made it easier for Ty to cut out the outlet holes.) Success! We'll get into analysis and how we like it and all that once we caulk, fix the hood, and swap out the outlets/covers.
