Note in this picture how far up we are from the ground. This house is high up! You can make out the rebar dirt piles in the ground below for our future structural steel. (Just so you know, the word "rebar" was not recognized by blogger's spellchecker, but instead suggested "Reba". What?!)
What on this week's agenda? The structural steel is being fabricated this week, which will form what I call the stilts. Once those are fabricated and installed, we can proceed on framing outward. Until then, we have a concrete slab to be poured for the garage floor and the bonus room. Shall we leave hand prints?
